Palliativity 174: Zeitgeist 2012

In the first week of this year I had a gun pointed at me. As I turned and ran, I told myself over and over:

This is NOT how it ENDS.

Escaping my attackers and seeing them brought to swift justice by good people only helped to galvanize my resolve.

Between my dojo becoming the first Judo Paralympic National Training Center, the continued success of my art career and finally receiving a diagnosis for my chronic pain, it's been a hell of a year.

Enjoy a moment to reflect, because the future is on it's way and you don't want to miss it.
